Voice Dialogue

Voice Dialogue is a method, a way of interacting with one’s selves, developed by psychologists, Drs. Hal and Sidra Stone. It strikes me as Jungian in nature, in that, using Voice Dialogue can help us to access parts of ourselves that often remain hidden from us. By bringing them out and conversing with them, we learn more about ourselves. You’ll find helpful articles on the site, but I call your attention to one, in particular, that may help with determining the root behind various pains and illnesses: Looking for the Self Behind the Symptom: Using the Conscious Body Method by Judith Hendin, Ph.D.
